About us

Knowledge and digital services, open to everyone

Hashemi Technologies Ltd was founded in 2026 to develop innovative, accessible and ethical digital solutions that empower individuals, businesses and communities around the world.

We start where the need is sharpest. Many Afghan learners have weak or no internet, study in languages that most technology ignores, and have lost access to the materials they once relied on. So our tools are designed to work offline first, in learners' own languages, and to respect the people who use them.

Progress so far

Saving Afghanistan's school curriculum

Since 2021, the Afghan Ministry of Education's website defaults to Pashto, and its supplementary readers have already disappeared from its server. We acted to make sure the pre-2021 curriculum, including its Dari textbooks, is not lost.

  1. Find

    Locate every textbook from the pre-2021 Ministry of Education curriculum.

  2. Verify

    Check every file with a SHA-256 fingerprint so that nothing is corrupted or duplicated.

  3. Rehearse

    Run a dry run before any change, and never overwrite a file.

  4. Catalogue

    Record every book by language, grade and subject, in CSV and JSON.

About the textbooks: The textbooks belong to the Ministry of Education and are marked “All Rights Reserved”. We hold them privately for preservation and research, their licence status is under review, and we do not distribute them. Our learning products will use original, curriculum-aligned lessons.

This library is the foundation for AfghanAI and Echo Tutor, which are built offline-first because many Afghan learners have weak or no internet.

In the long term, we aim to build an international AI innovation and research ecosystem: secure digital infrastructure, multilingual AI models, educational technology and accessible tools for underserved communities. This includes AI research partnerships, technology training centres, international innovation hubs, and responsible AI for education, economic development, human rights and social progress.

So far, we have preserved and verified 329 Afghan school textbooks in Dari, Pashto, Uzbek, Balochi and Pashayi.
